Nitin Gadkari reaffirms India's commitment to SCO connectivity, trade, and regional cooperation at Transport Ministers meeting.
New Delhi, Apr 23 (PTI) Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on Thursday reaffirmed India's commitment to strengthening regional connectivity, enhancing trade and deepening people-to-people ties across the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states.
During a virtual address to the 13th Meeting of SCO Transport Ministers in Kyrgyzstan, Gadkari highlighted the focus on multimodal connectivity, sustainable infrastructure, and green mobility.
According to a social media post from Gadkari's office, the Minister for Road Transport and Highways highlighted India's strong commitment to developing seamless, sustainable and future-ready transport systems, with a focus on multimodal connectivity, green mobility, resilient infrastructure and reducing logistics costs.
