Interarch Building Solutions Q1 FY27 Profit Flat, Revenue Up

Interarch Building Solutions reports flat net profit of Rs 28 cr in Q1 FY27, with revenue up 20.7%. Board approves stock split '' Rs 250 cr QIP.
New Delhi, Aug 7 (PTI) Interarch Building Solutions on Friday said its net profit stayed flat at Rs 28 crore in the April-June quarter of FY27 compared to a year ago.
"Profit After Tax (PAT) or net profit stood flat at Rs 28 crore in Q1 FY27 versus Rs 28 crore in Q1 FY26,", the company said in a statement.
Revenue from operations increased by 20.7 per cent year-on-year to Rs 460 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 381 crore recorded in the first quarter of the previous fiscal.
Total order book as of July 31, 2026, stood at Rs 1,864 crore.
The company also said that its board has approved the sub-division (stock split) of the existing equity shares having a face value of Rs 10 each into shares having a face value of Rs 2 each, fully paid-up, subject to the approval of shareholders and other approvals as may be required.
The board considered and approved the proposal for raising funds through issuance of equity shares and/or other eligible securities convertible into or exchangeable for equity shares through Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 250 crore, subject to necessary approvals.
This will supersede the earlier approval for raising Rs 100 crore.
Arvind Nanda, Managing Director, Interarch Building Solutions, said in the statement, "We commenced FY27 on a positive note, delivering a resilient performance in the first quarter despite a dynamic operating environment... Although near-term challenges arising from external market conditions may persist, we remain confident in our long-term growth trajectory, supported by robust industry fundamentals, expanding capacities and sustained customer demand."
He noted that during the quarter, the company secured a major order worth Rs 165 crore in Gujarat.
