ITC Hotels signs a management agreement for Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui, boosting its Uttarakhand footprint. PFC Consulting also named bid process coordinator.

New Delhi, Jul 13 (PTI) ITC Hotels Ltd on Monday announced the signing of a management agreement for the 117-key hotel Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui with Orions Hospitality.
This will strengthen ITC Hotel's footprint in Uttarakhand.
Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited, said, "Dehradun presents a natural opportunity for the brand as the city continues to grow in the business and leisure space."
Rashmi Garg, Proprietor, Orions Hospitality, stated, "Our vision is to create a hotel that serves the evolving needs of travellers and the growing demand for destination events."

Power ministry nominates PFC Consulting as bid process coordinator
PFC on Monday said its wholly-owned subsidiary PFC Consulting has been nominated as the bid process coordinator by the Ministry of Power.
The Bid Process Coordinator (BPC) has to prepare the project profile and initiate the process of land acquisition and forest clearance, if required.
For these activities, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is required to be incorporated which will take up various preparatory activities of the transmission projects e.g. survey and preparation of report, initialisation of the process of acquisition of land and also initiate the process of seeking forest clearance, if required.
This will strengthen ITC Hotel's footprint in Uttarakhand.
