JSW Cement Adjourns Board Meeting to Thursday

New Delhi, May 18 (PTI) JSW Cement has informed that the company has adjourned its board meeting, scheduled for Monday, to approve the March quarter results "due to paucity of time".


The company will now convene the board meeting on May 21, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, it said in a regulatory filing.

"The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was scheduled to be held on Monday, 18th May, 2026, to inter-alia, consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2026 has been adjourned due to paucity of time with the consent of all the Board members to 21st May 2026 at 11:00 am," it said.
