New Delhi, Jul 29 (PTI) Infrastructure company Kalind Ltd has entered into an agreement with UK-based Dharan International to jointly explore business opportunities in Africa.

The agreement is expected to enhance opportunities to participate in infrastructure projects across Africa, Kalind said in a statement on Wednesday.

The company said it "has entered into a Framework Teaming and Conditional Subcontracting Agreement with Dharan International Limited, United Kingdom, effective 23 July, 2026".

The agreement is to establish a framework for jointly identifying, bidding for and executing government and private-sector infrastructure opportunities across Africa.

Dharan shall originate and coordinate opportunities, while Kalind shall provide technical expertise, approved credentials and may execute agreed subcontract work upon successful award of projects.
