Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) Q4 FY26 net profit nearly doubled to Rs 431 cr. Revenue grew 10%. Order inflows at Rs 26,400 cr.
New Delhi, May 14 (PTI) Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) on Thursday said its net profit in March quarter FY26 nearly doubled to Rs 430.60 crore mainly on the back of higher revenues.

Net profit in the year-ago period stood at Rs 218.17 crore, a regulatory filing stated.

Revenue grew about 10 per cent to Rs 7,778 crore in the quarter from Rs 7,067 crore a year ago. Net debt as on March 31, 2026 was down 53 per cent YoY to Rs 915 crore.

In fiscal year 2025-26, profit increased to Rs 1,030.63 crore from Rs 567.27 crore a year ago. Revenue was higher at Rs 27,143.06 crore as against Rs 22,315.78 crore a year ago.

Total order inflows were at Rs 26,400 crore in FY26, led by T&D and B&F business. Consolidated order book stands at Rs 65,457 crore as on March 31, 2026.


"In FY26, we continued our growth momentum, marked by large-scale design-build order wins, accelerated productivity cycles, team build-up, and strengthening our international business. Looking ahead in FY27, we remain committed to healthy growth and expanding our business on the back of robust order book and strong business visibility, while steadfastly advancing our margins and further strengthening our balance sheet," Manish Mohnot, MD & CEO, KPIL said.

The company received new orders of Rs 1,833 crore YTD FY27 (year to date). Further, it favourably placed/L1 in orders worth Rs 3,200 crore.

The board has recommended a dividend of Rs 11 per equity share of face value of Rs 2 per share for FY26.

Its consolidated EPS (earning per share) increased 71 per cent at Rs 60.90.

KPIL is engaged in power transmission & distribution, buildings & factories, water supply & irrigation, railways, oil & gas pipelines, urban mobility (Flyovers & Metro Rail), highways and airports.

KPIL is currently executing projects in over 30 countries and has a global footprint in 75 countries.
