KPIL Q1 Net Profit Rises 46% to Rs 312 Cr

Kalpataru Projects International (KPIL) reports a 46% rise in Q1 net profit to Rs 312 cr. Revenues grew, order book reached Rs 66,607 cr, signaling strong growth.
New Delhi, Aug 11 (PTI) Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) on Tuesday posted a 46 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 312 crore for the June quarter.
The consolidated net profit was Rs 214 crore in the quarter ended on June 30, 2025, a company statement said.
Total revenues increased to Rs 6,408 crore in the quarter from Rs 6,171 crore in the same period a year ago.
Order inflows at Rs 7,668 crores for till date in FY27 and further, favourably placed/ L1 for orders worth Rs 7,300 crores, led by T&D and B&F business.
The order book was at Rs 66,607 crore as on June 30, 2026.
Manish Mohnot, MD & CEO, KPIL said, "During the quarter, we advanced our competitive edge through integrated offerings and niche capabilities, securing marquee projects across HVDC T&D, GIS substation, international water business, and multiple design-build B&F projects, paving the way for future growth and strategic expansion..."
The board also approved a proposal of capital expenditure to set up a rolling mill as part of backward integration at the Raipur Plant, for an amount not exceeding Rs 150 crore.
KPIL is a major engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company, with a global footprint spanning 75 countries.
