Krystal Solar: Rooftop Solar Project in Maharashtra

New Delhi, Apr 24 (PTI) Krystal Integrated Services on Friday said its associate firm, Krystal Solar Energy SPV, has secured a Rs 138 crore project to deploy rooftop solar infrastructure across government healthcare institutions in Maharashtra.

The associate company, in which Krystal Integrated Services holds a 49 per cent stake, has secured the rooftop solar project from the Directorate of Medical Education & Research, Maharashtra, the company said in an exchange filing.

The aggregate contract value is approximately Rs 138 crore.


The contract entails the design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, synchronising, as well as long-term operation and maintenance of grid-connected rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems across various government hospitals and medical colleges in Maharashtra, the company said.

Sanjay Dighe, Executive Director & CEO, Krystal Integrated Services Ltd, said, "This order marks a strategic milestone in Krystal Integrated's growing presence in the renewable energy and infrastructure services space."
