Lodha Developers raises ₹500 crore by issuing debentures. The NCDs have an interest rate of 8.52% per annum, payable half-yearly.

New Delhi, Mar 30 (PTI) Realty firm Lodha Developers Ltd on Monday said it has raised Rs 500 crore by issuing debentures.
In a regulatory filing, the company said the board has approved the allotment of 50,000 non-convertible debentures (NCDS) of Rs 1 lakh each, aggregating to Rs 500 crore on private placement basis.
Interest rate of 8.52 per cent per annum payable half yearly, it added.
Lodha Developers is one of the leading real estate companies in the country. It has a presence in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune and Bengaluru. The company has acquired land in Delhi-NCR to develop housing project.
