Mahindra Holidays: CFO Resigns, New CFO Appointed

New Delhi, May 5 (PTI) Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd on Tuesday announced its CFO Vimal Agarwal has resigned on account of his transition to a new role within the Mahindra Group, and the company's board approved the appointment of Rajiv Vimal as its Chief Financial Officer effective July 1.

On account of transition to a new role within the Mahindra Group, Vimal Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the services of the company effective close of business hours on 30 June 2026, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd informed in a regulatory filing.

"The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on 5 May 2026, has considered and approved the appointment of Rajiv Vimal as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 1 July 2026," the filing stated.


Rajiv Vimal is a finance professional with over two decades of experience across strategic finance, governance, performance management, and large-scale operations in the manufacturing and services sectors.

He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of PPG Asian Paints Private Limited, a joint venture between PPG Industries and Asian Paints, where he plays a key role in driving strategy, growth, capital allocation, and profitability and leads finance, accounting, taxation, internal audit, legal compliance, and CSR functions.

Previously, he spent over 13 years with Vodafone, holding senior finance leadership roles across circles and regions.
