Bengaluru's Manasum Homes announces Rs 150 crore investment to expand senior living projects across South India, adding to its existing 1000+ units.

New Delhi, Jun 23 (PTI) Bengaluru-based Manasum Homes, which is into senior living, will invest over Rs 150 crore to expand its operations across South India.
The company is currently developing more than 450 senior living units in Bengaluru, Tirupati, and Mysuru through a mix of joint ventures and standalone initiatives, Manasum Homes said in a statement on Monday.
"Manasum Homes commits Rs 150 crore to expand senior living footprint across South India," it added.
This expansion builds on the success of its existing communities in Bengaluru and Goa, totalling to over 1,000 units.
Bengaluru-based Manasum Homes is founded by Anantharam V Varayur, Sumathy Anantharam and Kushal Ramesh.
