Max Estates launches 'Estate 105' in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The project is expected to generate Rs 3,000 crore in revenue.
New Delhi, Mar 20 (PTI) Realty firm Max Estates Ltd expects Rs 3,000 crore revenue from a new housing project in Noida.
In a regulatory filing on Friday, the company said it has launched a residential community 'Estate 105' located in Sector 105, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
This project is "part of a larger 10.33 acre planned development, with the first phase estimated to have Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 3,000 crore."
The GDV means the sale value of the properties offered for sale.
The company will develop 270 homes across two residential towers.
Established in 2016, Max Estates Ltd is one of the leading real estate developers in the Delhi-NCR.
