New Delhi, Jun 3 (PTI) Union Minister Jayant Chaudhary on Wednesday launched the Navachar Mantra programme at IIT Delhi here to identify high-potential grassroots innovators and early-stage entrepreneurs from across the country.
The programme aims to provide structured mentorship, expert guidance and entrepreneurial capacity-building support, thereby strengthening pathways for enterprise growth, market access, collaboration, and sustainability.
"Today at IIT Delhi, we launched #NavacharMantra and brought together some of India's leading entrepreneurs, including founders who have built unicorns, by identifying real problems and creating solutions at scale," Chaudhary, the minister for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship said in a post on X.
The minister said, "We must strengthen pathways for aspiring innovators, especially from smaller towns and emerging ecosystems, to access mentorship, networks, capital and opportunities".
The Navachar Mantra programme is open to grassroots innovators, micro and small enterprises, individuals developing innovative solutions, early-stage entrepreneurs and startups in idea validation, prototype, pilot or early revenue stages.
