Nestle Business Solutions Sets Up GCC in Hyderabad; Partners Genpact

New Delhi, Jul 6 (PTI) Nestle Business Solutions, part of Swiss consumer goods multinational Nestle SA, will set up its new global capability centre (GCC) in Hyderabad.

The India centre will be established under Nestle Business Services India Private Limited in partnership with Genpact, a technology and process solutions company, a joint statement said, without disclosing investment details.

Genpact will bring its expertise in process intelligence, data, artificial intelligence and automation to help Nestle simplify, standardise and scale its business services, the company said.

"The move marks an important step in strengthening Nestle's global business services network and building future-ready capabilities to provide broader services across geographies. It also reinforces its commitment to India's long-term growth journey," it said.

Commenting on the development Luca Fichera, Head of Nestle Business Solutions (NBS), said this announcement represents a positive next chapter in the growth journey.


Hyderabad was chosen for its strong technology ecosystem, robust infrastructure and growing standing as one of India's leading global capability hubs, he said.

"As we build stronger capabilities in a market like India, our people, partners and vendors will remain central to this journey," Fichera said.

Tarun Chopra, Genpact Global CPG Business Leader, said the partnership reflects how global enterprises are reimagining business services as technology-enabled, data-driven operations.

He said combining Nestle's global scale with Genpact's capabilities in data, AI, and automation could help NBS Hyderabad emerge as a centre focused on consistency, agility and measurable business impact.

Nestle Business Services India is a wholly-owned subsidiary in India, operated by Nestle Group.

NBS is the shared services team of the Nestle Group. Through its global network of service centres and expert teams, NBS provides end-to-end business solutions, process excellence, and digital capabilities.
