NHC Foods acquires Hong Kong-based Conquer Enterprises to strengthen global presence in metals, steel, and agro commodities trading.
Mumbai, Apr 21 (PTI) NHC Foods on Tuesday said it has completed the acquisition of Hong Kong-based Conquer Enterprises, which will help strengthen its presence in key global markets.

The acquisition, through its wholly owned overseas subsidiary, NHC International LLC-FZ (Dubai), is expected to enhance international trading capabilities, strengthen its presence in key global markets, and diversify its product portfolio across high-demand sectors such as metals, steel, and agro commodities, a company statement said.

The acquisition became effective on March 11, 2026, and the total acquisition cost stands at USD 1,29,032, the company said in a statement.


Conquer Enterprises is engaged in trading a diverse portfolio of products, including metals, steel, and agro commodities.

"The acquisition will open new avenues for growth and create long-term value for stakeholders by expanding market reach and strengthening the company's position in the global commodities trading ecosystem. The Company is progressing well on its long-term growth roadmap. Improvement in business performance reflects the strength of our execution, with robust revenue growth driven by higher volumes and improved market reach," NHC Foods Managing Director Satyam Joshi said.

The company reported a 76 per cent year-on-year growth in its revenue to Rs 129.20 crore during the third quarter of FY26.
