Pawan Hans and Norway''s Noemi Aerospace (Elfly AS) sign an MoU to explore collaboration in next-generation electric seaplane technologies and sustainable aviation.
New Delhi, Aug 5 (PTI) State-owned Pawan Hans Ltd along with Norway's Noemi Aerospace (Elfly AS) will explore collaboration opportunities for next-generation sustainable aviation technologies, including electric seaplane solutions.
The companies inked a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in this regard on Wednesday.
"The proposed collaboration seeks to establish a framework for exploring potential cooperation in areas like electric seaplane technologies, skill development and capacity building, technical knowledge sharing and workshops, feasibility studies," the civil aviation ministry said in a release.
Noemi Aerospace (Elfly AS) is into the development of next-generation electric seaplane technology and is supported by funding from the Norwegian government.
