PNB MetLife Declares Record Rs 1,210 Cr Annual Bonus

Mumbai, Sep 7 (PTI) PNB MetLife India Insurance Company on Monday said it has declared its highest-ever annual bonus of around Rs 1,210 crore for participating policies for 2025-26, a 16.25 per cent increase over the Rs 1,041 crore bonus announced in the previous financial year.

The bonus is applicable to eligible policies that were in force as of March 31, 2026, and the company's Managing Director and CEO Sameer Bansal said the record bonus reflected the strength of its participating funds and the company's focus on creating long-term value for policyholders.

True Credits appoints former SBI DMD Saloni Narayan as independent director


* True Credits on Monday appointed former State Bank of India deputy managing director Saloni Narayan as an independent director on its board.

Narayan, who was with the country's largest lender till 2025, held several senior leadership positions at SBI, overseeing areas including capital management, financial reporting, audit, taxation, investor relations, regulatory compliance, retail and MSME lending and digital banking, as per an official statement.
