Poonawalla Fincorp reports a nearly five-fold surge in Q1 profit to Rs 308 crore for June 2026. Total income rose to Rs 2,330 crore, with AUM at Rs 67,054 crore.
New Delhi, Jul 17 (PTI) Poonawalla Fincorp, a non-deposit-taking NBFC, on Friday reported a nearly five-fold surge in profit at Rs 308 crore for the first quarter ended June, 2026.

The company had posted a profit of Rs 63 crore in the year-ago period.

Total income jumped to Rs 2,330 crore in the quarter under review from Rs 1,314 crore in the year-ago period, Poonawalla Fincorp said in a regulatory filing.


Interest income rose to Rs 2,118 crore in the April-June quarter, compared to Rs 1,185 crore in the same period a year ago.

The company has reached an assets under management (AUM) of Rs 67,054 crore as on June 30, 2026.

Capital Adequacy Ratio stood at 19.46 per cent as on June 30, 2026, well above the regulatory requirement of 15 per cent, providing enough headroom for growth, it said.
