Protect Your Art: New Book on Copyright & Contracts for Creators

New Delhi, Jul 16 (PTI) Artists are in the business of creating fine art, not deciphering exhausting contracts, leaving many vulnerable to unfair platform policies and copyright violations.

Helping artists understand and protect their intellectual property rights is a new book, "Who owns what?", by author Xerxes Ranina.

The book, published by HarperCollins India, highlights how many independent and first-time creators often lack the legal knowledge and financial resources needed to safeguard their work, leaving them vulnerable in negotiations with large companies backed by experienced legal teams.
