PTC India has appointed Mini Ipe, former managing director of LIC, as an Independent Director for a three-year term, effective December 7, 2024.
New Delhi, Dec 3 (PTI) PTC India on Tuesday said Mini Ipe has been appointed as an Independent Director for three years with effect from December 7, 2024.
Ipe is not related to any director of the company, a BSE filing stated. He is former managing director of LIC.
