New Delhi, Aug 15 (PTI) Realty firm Puravankara Ltd has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 25.23 crore in the quarter ended June, on higher revenue.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 68.55 crore in the year-ago period.
Total income rose to Rs 877.15 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal from Rs 538.64 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing on Friday.
Bengaluru-based Puravankara Ltd is one of the largest real estate companies in the country.
The company has so far completed 97 projects totalling 59 million sq ft area across nine cities: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mangaluru, Kochi, Mumbai, Pune, and Goa.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 68.55 crore in the year-ago period.
