Dalcore Awards Rs 225 Cr Contract for Gurugram Housing Project

New Delhi, Jun 3 (PTI) Realty firm Dalcore has awarded a Rs 225 crore contract to B L Gupta Construction to build its housing project in Gurugram.

In a statement on Wednesday, the company said the construction contract has been awarded for its project, 'The Falcon' in Sector 53, Gurugram.

The project, spread across nearly 2 acres, has 5 lakh sq ft of built-up area. It will have 96 apartments.

Under the contract, BL Gupta Construction (P) Ltd will undertake the civil and structural construction works for the development.

In April, Dalcore had said it would invest Rs 500 crore to develop this luxury housing project in partnership with a global design and lifestyle brand, YOO.

Founded by Philippe Starck and John Hitchcox in 1999, London-headquartered YOO has done over 85 projects in 36 countries.

Real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield is the strategic marketing partner for this project.
