SAMCO Launches Global Investing Platform at GIFT City
New Delhi, Jun 11 (PTI) SAMCO Securities on Thursday announced the launch of its global investing platform after receiving a broker-dealer licence from the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) at GIFT City, enabling Indian investors to invest in US-listed stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

The platform will provide research coverage on more than 700 global securities, including constituents of the S&P 500, NASDAQ 100 and over 100 ETFs, SAMCO Group Founder and CEO Jimeet Modi said in a webinar.

Investors can invest from as little as USD 1 through fractional ownership and complete digital onboarding through the SAMCO Trading App under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS).

SAMCO said the platform integrates quantitative research, investment recommendations, target prices, stop-loss frameworks and portfolio monitoring, aiming to make global investing more accessible and research-driven for retail investors.

Modi said the company aims to help investors build globally diversified portfolios by providing "both access and research-backed conviction".

SAMCO Securities CEO Ulhas Joshi said global investing is becoming an essential component of modern portfolio construction and the platform seeks to simplify access to international markets for Indian investors.

SAMCO Securities is a technology-first stockbroker headquartered in Mumbai and a part of the SAMCO Group. The Group also includes SAMCO Asset Management.
