Sattva Group: Rs 8,600 Cr Revenue in Bengaluru
New Delhi, Mar 24 (PTI) Realty firm Sattva Group is expecting a revenue of over Rs 8,600 crore from its new 50 acre residential project in Bengaluru as part of its expansion plan to meet strong consumer demand.

In a statement on Tuesday, the company said it has launched a new housing project 'Sattva City' in North Bengaluru. In the first phase, nearly 2,500 residential units will be constructed.

Sattva Group said the total revenue potential of this upcoming project is more than Rs 8,600 crore.

The company did not mention the project cost.

Bijay Agarwal, Managing Director of Sattva Group, said, "We identified this land years ago with the vision of creating a city-scale community for Bengaluru as the airport corridor began emerging as one of the city's most important growth regions."


Nearly 84 per cent of this project is dedicated to open and green spaces, he added.

According to real estate consultant PropTiger, housing sales in Bengaluru rose 13 per cent in 2025 to 54,414 units from 48,272 units in the preceding year.

Bengaluru-based Sattva Group, which is one of the leading real estate developers in the country, has delivered 80 million sq ft of real estate space. It has over 71 million sq ft under construction across multiple cities.

The Group has listed a real estate investment trust 'Knowledge Realty Trust (KRT)' on stock exchanges as co-sponsor with Blackstone.

Sattva Group has presence in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Goa housing markets.

It has also diversified into co-working, co-living, education, hospitality, data centres, and warehousing segments.
