Shalibhadra Finance reports 15.5% rise in Q4 profit. PAT at Rs 5.13 crore. Growth driven by strong AUM and net interest income.
New Delhi, May 29 (PTI) Shalibhadra Finance, a non-banking finance company, on Friday reported a 15.5 per cent rise in profit after tax at Rs 5.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 against Rs 4.44 crore in the year-ago period.

The company's total income increased to Rs 10.98 crore in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025-26 from Rs 9.45 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago, while revenue from operations rose to Rs 10.97 crore from Rs 9.45 crore.

For the full financial year 2025-26, Shalibhadra Finance's PAT (profit after tax) grew 21.67 per cent to Rs 19.48 crore, the company said in a statement.


Assets under management (AUM) rose 24.81 per cent to Rs 219.66 crore, while net interest income (NII) increased 15.03 per cent to Rs 35.95 crore.

Commenting on the performance, Managing Director Vatsal M Doshi said the company is entering a new growth phase supported by a strong capital base, an established distribution network and expansion into newer geographies and lending products.

Shalibhadra Finance is a non-banking financial company (NBFC) focused on serving customers in rural and semi-urban markets across Gujarat, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
