New Delhi, May 25 (PTI) Shriram Properties Ltd on Monday reported 65 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 78.53 crore for the quarter ended March 31 on higher income amid strong housing demand.

Its net profit was Rs 47.66 crore in the year-ago period.

Total income rose to Rs 662.73 crore during the fourth quarter of 2025-26 from Rs 427.51 crore a year ago, according to a regulatory filing.


During the full 2025-26 fiscal, the company's net profit rose to Rs 100.81 crore from Rs 77.3 crore a year ago. Total income climbed to Rs 1,356.93 crore from Rs 973.38 crore.

Bengaluru-based Shriram Properties is one of the leading real estate developers in the country. Its key markets include Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune and West Bengal.

The company has delivered over 50 projects of 30.8 million sq ft. It has a strong development pipeline comprising 41 projects with an aggregate potential of 35.3 million sq ft, including 16.7 million sq ft of ongoing projects, as of March 31, 2026.
