Silver prices decline Rs 3,549 to Rs 2,40,219 per kg on MCX. May delivery contracts fall 1.46%. Global silver trading flat at USD 75.33/ounce.

New Delhi, Apr 10 (PTI) Silver prices on Friday fell by Rs 3,549 to Rs 2,40,219 per kilogram as participants reduced their bets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for the May delivery declined Rs 3,549, or 1.46 per cent, to Rs 2,40,219 per kg in a business turnover of 1,718 lots.
Analysts said a sell-off by participants mainly weighed on silver prices.
Globally, silver was trading flat at USD 75.33 per ounce in New York.
