Silver Futures Plummet Over 2% to Rs 87,126/kg

Silver prices plunged over 2% on Thursday, hitting Rs 87,126 per kg on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) as investors reduced their bets. Global silver prices also declined.
New Delhi, Nov 14 (PTI) Silver prices on Thursday plummeted Rs 2,071 to Rs 87,126 per kilogram as participants reduced their bets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for December delivery declined Rs 2,071 or 2.32 per cent to Rs 87,126 per kg in a business turnover of 23,717 lots.
Globally, silver was trading 1.51 per cent lower at USD 29.84 per ounce in New York.
