Silver prices climbed Rs 28 to Rs 95,907 per kg in futures trade on Wednesday, driven by increased participant bets and fresh positions.

New Delhi, Apr 23 (PTI) Silver prices on Wednesday rose Rs 28 to Rs 95,907 per kilogram in futures trade as participants increased their bets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for May delivery rose Rs 28 or 0.03 per cent to Rs 95,907 per kg in a business turnover of 13,276 lots.
Fresh positions built up by participants led to a rise in silver prices, analysts said.
Globally, silver was trading 0.88 per cent higher at USD 32.79 per ounce in New York.
