Silver Futures Surge on Increased Demand
Silver prices jump on the Multi Commodity Exchange driven by increased demand and fresh positions, reaching Rs 91,957 per kilogram. Global silver prices also show an upward trend.

New Delhi, Jan 21 (PTI) Silver prices on Tuesday jumped Rs 515 to Rs 91,957 per kilogram as participants increased their bets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for March delivery increased Rs 515 or 0.56 per cent to Rs 91,957 per kg in a business turnover of 20,829 lots.
Fresh positions built up by participants led to a rise in silver prices, analysts said.
Globally, silver was trading 0.06 per cent higher at USD 30.52 per ounce in New York.
