Silver Futures Surge on Spot Demand: Prices Rise to Rs 89,090/kg
New Delhi, Nov 27 (PTI) Silver prices on Wednesday surged Rs 840 to Rs 89,090 per kilogram as participants increased their bets.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for December delivery increased Rs 840 or 0.95 per cent to Rs 89,090 per kg in a business turnover of 12,219 lots.

Fresh positions built up by participants led to a rise in silver prices, analysts said.

Globally, silver was trading 0.76 per cent higher at USD 31.67 per ounce in New York.
