Silver Futures Surge: Price Jumps to Rs 89,355/kg
Silver prices rose by Rs 237 to Rs 89,355 per kilogram on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Tuesday, driven by increased bets by participants. Global silver prices also saw a slight increase.

New Delhi, Dec 24 (PTI) Silver prices on Tuesday jumped Rs 237 to Rs 89,355 per kilogram as participants increased their bets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for March delivery increased Rs 237 or 0.27 per cent to Rs 89,355 per kg in a business turnover of 33,233 lots.
Fresh positions built up by participants led to a rise in silver prices, analysts said.
Globally, silver was trading 0.12 per cent higher at USD 29.68 per ounce in New York.
