Silver Futures Surge: Prices Rise to Rs 91,073/kg

New Delhi, Jan 8 (PTI) Silver prices on Wednesday rose Rs 200 to Rs 91,073 per kilogram as participants increased their bets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for March delivery increased Rs 200 or 0.22 per cent to Rs 91,073 per kg in a business turnover of 26,746 lots.
Fresh positions built up by participants led to a rise in silver prices, analysts said.
Globally, silver was trading 0.15 per cent higher at USD 30.09 per ounce in New York.
