Silver Futures Surge to Rs 95,500/kg

New Delhi, Feb 25 (PTI) Silver prices on Tuesday surged by Rs 411 to Rs 95,500 per kilogram as participants increased their bets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for March delivery rose by Rs 411 or 0.43 per cent to Rs 95,500 per kg in a business turnover of 12,948 lots.
Fresh positions built up by participants led to a rise in silver prices, analysts said.
Globally, silver was trading 0.22 per cent lower at USD 32.27 per ounce in New York.
