Silverline Platform Down for Maintenance After User Spike

New Delhi, Apr 2 (PTI) AI firm Silverline Technologies digital platform will remain closed for 24-72 hours for maintenance and upgrade after it claimed a sudden surge in daily active users by about 45 per cent, the company said in a regulatory filing.

The company said it has decided to pivot focus of its AI division towards cyber warfare, supply chain management and energy management following the ongoing macroeconomic environment and shifting global geopolitics.


"We wish to apprise the stakeholders that our primary digital platform will be under scheduled maintenance for the next 24 to 72 hours. The company has recently witnessed an unprecedented and sudden surge in Daily Active Users (DAU) by approximately 45 per cent," the filing said.

The company said its management has initiated a comprehensive upgrade of backend infrastructure during the maintenance window to effectively meet growing demand, ensure seamless scalability, and provide an uninterrupted user experience.

"We assure our users and stakeholders that services will resume with enhanced capacity and optimised performance post-upgrade," the filing said.
