Smartworks Q4 Profit: Rs 16.62 Cr, Revenue Up 47%
New Delhi, Apr 30 (PTI) Realty firm Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd on Thursday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 16.62 crore in the quarter ended March on higher income amid strong demand for managed flexible workspaces.

The company had posted a net loss of Rs 8.3 crore in the year-ago period.

Total income rose 47 per cent to Rs 532.70 crore in the fourth quarter of 2025-26 fiscal from Rs 362.05 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing.

During the 2025-26 fiscal, Smartworks posted a net profit of Rs 10.52 crore as against a net loss of Rs 63.17 crore in the preceding financial year.

Total income increased to Rs 1,849.9 crore last fiscal from Rs 1,409.66 crore during 2024-25.

Smartworks Founder and Managing Director Neetish Sarda said, "FY26 was our first financial year as a listed company, and one where growth, profitability, and capital efficiency improved together."

He said the company delivered its strongest full-year performance and achieved full-year PAT profitability under Ind AS.

"During the year, we became the first listed flex workspace platform in India to cross 10 million square feet of operational portfolio. With more than 5,200 crore of contracted rental revenue, 100 per cent of FY27 supply secured, and around 75 per cent visibility already in place for FY28, we enter the next phase with strong forward visibility," Sarda said.

He noted that demand from corporates are shifting towards large, managed campuses.

Smartworks has a total portfolio of 16.1 million square feet across 66 centres in 15 cities across India and Singapore. The company takes office spaces on rent from developers to set up its centres. The workstations in its centres are then sub-leased to corporates.
