Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd reported a 77% rise in Q1 net profit to Rs 45.72 crore. Total income hit Rs 145.99 cr, with pre-sales soaring 567% to Rs 409 cr.

Sri Lotus Developers Q1 Profit Jumps 77% to Rs 45.72 Cr

New Delhi, Aug 3 (PTI) Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd on Monday reported a 77 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 45.72 crore for the quarter ended June on better income.

Its net profit stood at Rs 25.78 crore in the year-ago period.

Total income rose to 145.99 crore in the first quarter of the 2026-27 fiscal from Rs 68.09 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing.

On the operational front, Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd pre-sales jumped 567 per cent annually to Rs 409 crore in the April-June quarter. It launched two projects worth Rs 1,350 crore.

Mumbai-based company has completed 4 projects aggregating over 4.2 lakh sq. ft. of carpet area. It has 8 ongoing and 13 upcoming developments covering 40.9 lakh sq ft of carpet area and 32.9 lakh sq ft of saleable area.
