Standard Engineering reports 28% jump in Q4 net profit to Rs 21.07 cr, driven by higher revenue. Expands with Standard Projects Private Limited.
New Delhi, May 14 (PTI) Standard Engineering on Thursday reported a 28 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 21.07 crore during the March 2026 quarter, supported by higher revenues.
It had reported a net profit of Rs 16.48 crore a year ago, the company said in an exchange filing.
During January-March, the company's total revenue rose to Rs 226.67 crore from Rs 166.32 crore in the fourth quarter of 2024-25.
In the quarter, it has also incorporated Standard Projects Private Limited as a 75 per cent subsidiary to strengthen capabilities in civil construction, precast infrastructure, and pre-engineered buildings across India and overseas markets.
"The newly incorporated entity will focus on turnkey execution of industrial and infrastructure projects, supporting the company's strategy to expand its integrated project execution and engineering solutions business for high-precision and process industries," Standard Engineering said.
