Sunteck Realty Q4 Sales Up 22% to Rs 1,064 Cr

New Delhi, Apr 22 (PTI) Sunteck Realty has reported a 22 per cent increase in sales bookings to Rs 1,064 crore for the quarter ended March.

Its sales bookings stood at Rs 870 crore in the year-ago period.

The company's total sales bookings rose 25 per cent during the 2025-26 fiscal year to Rs 3,157 crore from Rs 2,531 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, Sunteck Realty said in its investor presentation on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, Sunteck Realty Ltd reported a 27 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 63.75 crore in the March quarter of the last fiscal year.


Its net profit stood at Rs 50.38 crore in the year-ago period. Total income rose to Rs 348.88 crore during the January-March quarter of the last fiscal from Rs 217.83 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing.

During the full 2025-26 fiscal year, the company's net profit rose to Rs 204.36 crore from Rs 150.31 crore in the preceding financial year.

The total income increased to Rs 1,168.62 crore in the last fiscal year from Rs 902.67 crore in the 2024-25 fiscal year.
