New Delhi, Jun 5 (PTI) Realty firm Yugen Infra on Friday said it will invest around Rs 2,000 crore to develop a 500-acre township in Maharashtra.
Gurugram-based Yugen Infra also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Livlong, an aggregator platform for healthcare solutions, for the upcoming township.

The company is developing a 500-acre township, 'Yugen Golf City', located on the Goa and Maharashtra border.

In the first phase, it is offering housing plots and villas for sale across a 100-acre land parcel.

Sheeshram Yadav, Managing Director of Yugen Infra Pvt Ltd, said the company has received a good response from customers in the first phase.

It is planning to launch the second phase later this year.

He said the total investment to develop this township is around Rs 2,000 crore over the next 7-10 years.

"Our vision as Yugen Golf City is not only to construct upscale residences but rather to build a comprehensive ecosystem focused on supporting health, longevity, community and quality of life," Yadav said on the tie-up with Livlong.

He said the startup will guide residents in the township to get the best healthcare solutions, as per their needs and budget.

Livlong founder and CEO Gaurav Dubey said, "Our partnership with Yugen Infra represents a progressive model where preventive healthcare, assisted living, rehabilitation, and emergency care are seamlessly embedded into a thoughtfully designed lifestyle ecosystem."
