Zinc futures climb on MCX due to high demand. March contracts up Rs 1.10 to Rs 328.55/kg. Limited buying supports prices.
New Delhi, Feb 3 (PTI) Zinc prices on Tuesday rose Rs 1.10 to Rs 328.55 per kg in futures trade as traders stayed on the sidelines amid a lack of fresh triggers.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for March delivery edged up by Rs 1.10, or 0.34 per cent, to Rs 328.55 per kg with a business turnover of 155 lots.

Traders attributed the slight rise in zinc futures to limited buying at lower levels, even as a lack of fresh triggers kept overall sentiment cautious.
