New Delhi, Jan 14 (PTI) Zinc prices on Wednesday rose slightly by Rs 3.75 to Rs 317.85 per kg in futures trade as traders stayed on the sidelines amid a lack of fresh triggers.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for February delivery edged up by Rs 3.75, or 1.19 per cent, to Rs 317.85 per kg with a business turnover of 2,164 lots.
Traders attributed the slight rise in zinc futures to limited buying at lower levels, even as a lack of fresh triggers kept overall sentiment cautious.
