Zinc futures climb on high demand. March contracts up on MCX. Limited buying supports prices despite cautious sentiment.
New Delhi, Feb 11 (PTI) Zinc prices on Wednesday rose Rs 2.80 to Rs 328.55 per kg in futures trade as traders stayed on the sidelines amid a lack of fresh triggers.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for March delivery edged up by Rs 2.80, or 0.80 per cent, to Rs 328.55 per kg with a business turnover of 616 lots.

Traders attributed the slight rise in zinc futures to limited buying at lower levels, even as a lack of fresh triggers kept overall sentiment cautious. PTI DR DR ANU
