Zinc prices rise in futures trade due to limited buying at lower levels. Stay cautious amid lack of fresh triggers.
New Delhi, Feb 12 (PTI) Zinc prices on Thursday rose Rs 2 to Rs 334.60 per kg in futures trade as traders stayed on the sidelines amid a lack of fresh triggers.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for March delivery edged up by Rs 2, or 0.6 per cent, to Rs 334.60 per kg with a business turnover of 428 lots.
Traders attributed the slight rise in zinc futures to limited buying at lower levels, even as a lack of fresh triggers kept overall sentiment cautious.
