Zinc futures prices increase due to high demand. March contracts rise on MCX. Traders cautious amid limited fresh triggers.
New Delhi, Feb 18 (PTI) Zinc prices on Wednesday rose Rs 2.45 to Rs 323.30 per kg in futures trade as traders stayed on the sidelines amid a lack of fresh triggers.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for March delivery edged up by Rs 2.45, or 0.76 per cent, to Rs 323.30 per kg with a business turnover of 71 lots.

Traders attributed the uptick to limited buying at lower levels, even as a lack of fresh triggers kept overall sentiment cautious. PTI DR DR ANU
