Zinc prices climbed on the Multi Commodity Exchange due to increased demand from consuming industries. Learn more about the latest zinc futures trends.
New Delhi, Nov 24 (PTI) Zinc prices on Friday rose Rs 1.55 to Rs 226.65 per kilogram in the futures trade amid a pick-up in spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for November delivery traded higher by Rs 1.55 or 0.69 per cent at Rs 226.65 per kg with a business turnover of 615 lots.

Marketmen said the widening of positions by participants, following a pick-up in demand from consuming industries kept zinc prices higher in the futures trade.
