Sony Mobile Ordered to Pay Rs 50,000 for Unrepaired Handset

A consumer court in Assam ordered Sony Mobile to pay over Rs 50,000 to a woman whose phone wasn't repaired after nine years. The company was found guilty of deficiency in service.
