20 MICRONS LTD. - Revised Outcome of Board Meeting

With reference to the earlier letter dated November 12, 2014, 20 Microns Ltd has now informed BSE that it was erroneously mentioned [Sl. No. 1 of the above letter] that at the Board Meeting held on November 12, 2014, it was inter - alia approved issue of 14,70,588 Compulsorily Convertible Warrants [CCW] Rs. 34/- per CCW. The same is now corrected and read as stated hereunder :<br/><br/>"Issue 14,70,600 Compulsorily Convertible Warrants [CCW] @ Rs. 34/- per CCW to the persons other than the Promoters of the Company on a Preferential basis, subject to all necessary approvals including the same of the Shareholders of the Company."<br/><br/>Intimation/Update at SI. No. 2 remains unchanged.
