Please find intimation with respect to appointment of S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditor of the Company, for a period of five years, from conclusion of the 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in financial year 2025-26 ("Ensuring AGM"), upto the conclusion of 23rd AGM of the Company, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuring AGM, in view of completion of term of Deloitte Haskins& Sells LLP, existing Statutory Auditor of the Company at the ensuring AGM.
