We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulation') and subject to the provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held today has approved grant of 13,34,000 stock options ('the Options') to the identified employees of the Company under the 3i Infotech Stock Option Plan- 2023 ('ESOP - 2023') The requisite details of the disclosure as required under Regulation 30 read along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are attached herewith as Annexure I.
